This is a mail in rebate offer which will let you receive the price of one Schick Hyro Razor (before taxes). So you only pay taxes. To receive your rebate, fill out and print this form. Then mail it with the original UPC from the package and the original sales receipt. Your request must be received by September 17, 2010.
The offer is valid only on regular Schick Hydro razors with UPC’s ending in 01500 or 01400 and not valid on bonus packs. Sales Receipt must be dated between July 1, 2010 and August 31, 2010. Limit One (1) rebate per Rebate Request Form. Limit One (1) Rebate per person, household, or address. HANDWRITTEN OR DUPLICATE FORMS WILL BE REJECTED. NO COPIES ALLOWED.
