Taxes are applicable after sale price. You may require to show the proof of your residence in city of Ottawa.

So for example this “Kohler Wellworth The complete Solution 6L Round-Front Toilet” costs $218. After 30% sale saving of $69, the cost will be $149. With $60 rebate from city of Ottawa it will be $89 plus applicable taxes before rebate.
